Many cities are talking about discontinuing their phone books because many people just don't use them anymore -- did you know that?

I guess in many ways they have become obsolete. That got me a little nostalgic and this necklace was born.

I remember digging through that thick book for the seven digits that would connect me to who I wanted to chat with. Now, the digits are programmed in my phone!
